Tasks waiting for this role:

• accounting of personnel documentation for Diya City companies;
• personnel turnover control, hiring/dismissal;
• drawing up a staff schedule;
• control of compliance with the Code of Conduct;
• mailing and control of signing gig contracts;
• sending notifications to the pension fund office about hiring new employees at 20+ companies;
• communication with employees regarding hiring, military registration, filling out labor records;
• execution of personnel orders, submission of statistical reports.

What we expect:

• experience in a similar position for 2+ years;
• knowledge of KZpP at a high level;
• experience of military accounting at the enterprise.
