• Higher education;
• 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts (tracking changes in legislation);
• Confident PC user (1C, BAS, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work in multitasking mode, stress resistance, energy;
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Keep personnel records of employees of the company chain of stores;
• Conduct personnel administration in full: acceptance; relocation, dismissal, etc.;
• Form personal affairs;
• Control the timely receipt of documents from remote units and their systematization;
• Keep the staff schedule and make changes to it;
• Execution of other assignments at the request of management.
