Requirements: Work experience in a similar position from 2 years; Higher education in the specialty of personnel management, personnel administration, psychology or related fields; Knowledge of legislation (!!!) regulating labor relations and constant monitoring of its changes; High level of communication skills and the ability to negotiate; Results-oriented and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
