ERIDON BUD LLC invites a specialist to its team for the position of "inspector of the personnel department" Duties: maintaining the Company's personnel records in accordance with the law (staff of about 200 people): registration of admission, transfer, vacations, sick leave, dismissal of employees in accordance with the Labor Code and internal documents, etc.; maintenance, accounting, scanning and transfer to the PF of employees' work books; preparation of orders and notices for employees' business trips; maintenance of military records, reconciliation with the RTCC and SP of conscripted employees, booking; maintenance of time sheets; formation and submission of reports on personnel, work with supervisory bodies; provision of consultations on personnel issues of the Company's personnel. Requirements: higher education; experience of working as a personnel inspector for at least 2 years in companies with 100 or more employees; knowledge of Labor Code and other normative legal acts in the field of labor legislation; experienced PC user (Word, Excel), 1C: Enterprise, (knowledge of BAS ERP will be an advantage).
