Our expectations: Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine, personnel administration; Work skills at the level of confident user with Word, Excel; ZUP; 1C; and work on the PF portal; Work experience of at least 2 years in the management of personnel records in full; Work with large volumes of work (preferably from 400 employees); Communicability, stress resistance, attention to details, scrupulousness, flexibility. Main tasks :Maintenance of a full cycle of personnel administration (registration, transfer, dismissal, sick leave) of 600 employees; Forming and management of personal files of employees; Keeping records of employee vacations, drawing up schedules of regular vacations; Keeping time sheets (variable schedules); , drawing up orders for the enterprise; What do we have?)
