The purpose of the position is to ensure personnel administration and document flow of a manufacturing company, optimization and minimization of the company’s financial risks, creation of personnel policy and personnel accounting. Expectations from the candidate: Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts (tracking changes in legislation), timely submission of proposals for changes to personnel accounting processes; Excellent knowledge of personnel document flow; Ability to work with a large amount of information, in multitasking mode and interaction with employees of all departments; Grammatically correct oral and written communication attention to details. Ability to write business letters, instructions, etc. Experience of working as a personnel inspector for 5 years or more (preferably work experience in a production enterprise - a staff of 100 people); Experience in automating accounting personnel processes. Confident PC user (Excel - perfect, 1C: ZUP, UTP); Knowledge of 1C. Functions: Search and selection of personnel (vacancy profile, placement, interview), formation of a personnel reserve. Organization and management of the full cycle of personnel administration: orders, personnel files, regulations on structural subdivisions and position/work instructions, vacations, time sheet, regular schedule and structure of the enterprise. Accounting of employees’ work activities: work with work books, scanning, data transfer to the PFU, work with e-sickness records. Cooperation with the payroll accountant. Organization and management of the document flow of the enterprise: creation, reception, sending, accounting and storage of documents, submission to management and their transfer for execution, orders on the main activity of the enterprise and administrative and economic issues.
