Work experience of 2 years. formation of personnel documents. Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel), 1C 8.3 UTP, Medok; Duties: Management of personnel records of the organization in full, namely: Registration of admission, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation; Formation and maintenance of personnel employee affairs; Completion, registration, storage and issuance of work books, calculation of work experience; Compilation and control of compliance with vacation schedules, vacation registration and provision accounting (annual, additional vacations, maternity, social, vacations without stipend, sick leave); Arrangement of established reports on work with personnel, work with state services; Providing advice to company managers on personnel and labor issues; Participation in the development of projects of regulatory documents, drawing up the staff schedule, development of job instructions, etc. Conditions: Place of work: str.
