Hiring, transferring, dismissing, etc. in the company's HR system, and preparing relevant documentation for employees. making changes to personnel documentation in accordance with the requirements of KZpPD assistance to employees, managers, managers in general issues of personnel administration Communication with employees regarding their documentation and answering employees' questions Maintaining up-to-date accounting of vacations, sick days, compensations, etc. Monitoring deadlines for submitting necessary documents for employment Preparation of basic/standardized and complex personnel reports (both statutory and internal)Assist with payroll inquiriesParticipate in the development, implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and HRIS/Payroll systems - Workday, 1SCommunication with government agencies (as needed)Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree2+ years of experience in personnel administration or in a similar position Deep knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine General understanding of HR processes.
