Your tasks: Keeping records of the personnel of the enterprise and its divisions; Ensuring compliance of the enterprise's personnel documentation with current legislation; Registration of admissions, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with legislation; Formation and management of personal files of employees, making changes related to work activities; Entering information about the quantitative composition of personnel and their movement in the data bank, monitoring its timely updating and replenishment; Implementation control over the state of labor discipline in the company's units and compliance by employees with the rules of internal labor regulations; Keeping personal military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists working at the enterprise, according to lists of personal military records (in electronic and/or paper forms), and in within the limits of current legislation.
