We expect from our candidate: constant "hand on the pulse" regarding changes in labor legislation; reliable work experience in personnel administration in a company with 200 or more employees; work experience in 1C (ZUP 8.3); attention to details, sociability and empathy for people; compliance with standards and ethics in work, in communications and in appearance. Your responsibilities will be: conducting personnel records in full; closing time sheets for divisions, submitting reports on newly hired employees, working with the PFU website; interaction with department heads on personnel issues; consultation on changes in labor legislation.
