What will be included in your responsibilities: managing personnel records in full; creating personal files of employees; maintaining work books in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine; registration of admission / transfer / dismissal / vacations; registration of employee disability certificates; issuance of necessary documents (certificates) to employees upon request, preparation reports to state authorities (notice of admission to the tax office).
