In connection with the expansion of the pharmacy network, we are actively looking for an HR department inspector😄 ABOUT US EXPECTED: practical work experience in the position of inspector of the personnel department; confident user of MS Excel, MS Office, 1C. DUTIES: registration of acceptance, transfer, dismissal of employees; formation and maintenance of personal files of employees and personal cards of the P-2 form; registration and maintenance of work books, including electronic; accounting and tabulation of employees' working hours, drawing up work schedules; drawing up sick leaves, providing certificates of labor activity to workers; keeping records of vacations, drawing up a vacation schedule; development of staff list; development of job instructions, regulations; drafting letters, protocols, orders for the enterprise; maintaining personnel reporting; work with EDP. Work schedule: 5/2 Mon.-Fri. from 08:00 to 17:00. Place of work: central office at the address: A. Fabra str., 4.
