Requirements: higher education; experience of working in a similar position for at least 2 years; experience in managing various areas of personnel administration, knowledge of KZpP; confident PC user (MS Word, MS Excel, 1C 8 ); responsibility and self-organization, the ability to work with a large amount of information, attentiveness, sociability. Responsibilities: full personnel support of the enterprise's activities; accounting of the personnel of the enterprise; formation and management of personal files of employees, making changes to them related to labor activity; accounting for the granting of vacations to employees, control over the drawing up and observance of regular vacation schedules; keeping a timesheet, issuing letters of incapacity for work; preparing documents for dismissed employees for storage in the archive; drawing up established reports on work with personnel, including h 10-PI, notification of the SFS on hiring; development of job instructions; monitoring of compliance with the (4%) quota for employment of persons with disabilities and 5% quota for employment of persons with additional guarantees; keeping military records of conscripts, including booking; working conditions : Work in a stable high-tech company with a long historyOfficial employmentMotivation systemOffice near Pochaina (Petrivka)
