Inspector of personnel department in Tactic 4 Profi

Mandatory conditions: work in the office (not remotely!); experience of working with personnel, maintaining personnel documentation - from 2 years, knowledge of labor legislation. Tactic 4 Profi company is looking for a responsible and qualified personnel inspector to join its team. The company has retail chains and the production of clothing, souvenirs, and office supplies. Duties: Maintaining personnel documentation (recruitment, dismissal, transfer, leave, sick leave, medical examination, orders, staff schedule, time sheets); Control of employee discipline; Resolution of labor disputes conflicts and maintaining a positive working atmosphere; Organization of corporate events and preparation of entertainment events within the company. Requirements: Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years (candidates without experience are not considered!); Knowledge of labor legislation and skills in working with personnel documentation; High communication and organizational skills; Responsibility, the ability to work in a team and resolve conflict situations.
