Job description Techimpex is a private defense company founded in 2003. Engages in modernization and overhaul of military engineering equipment. Requirements: Higher education; Work experience in HR department from 1 year - mandatory; Confident PC user (MS Office, Excel, 1C 8.x). Thorough knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and personnel administration; Attention, responsibility, literacy, punctuality, independence in work. Main duties: Management of personnel administration in full (recruitment/transfer/dismissal/vacations/sick letters) staff up to 500 people; Drawing up a schedule of vacations (accounting for annual and additional vacations of employees); Issuing certificates from the place of work and copies of work books; Forming and managing personal files of employees, making changes to them in a timely manner related to their work activities; Completing, accounting and storage of work books and inserts for them; Entering data about work activities on the website of the PFU; Development and execution of job instructions; Control of timely receipt of documents from remote units and their systematization; Analysis of changes in legislation regarding conscripts and timely response; We offer: Interesting tasks that contribute to professional growth; Full social guarantees according to the Labor Code; Competitive salary; Working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., on Fridays a reduced day until 3:30 p.m. Sat. sun weekends.
