Requirements: work experience in a similar position (with a staff of 100 or more); experience in personnel administration of FOP, LLC; confident user of 1C ZUP; knowledge of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine; knowledge of document accounting, rules and terms of documentation storage; high level of responsibility and neatness in working with documents. Working conditions: official employment according to the Labor Code; work schedule: full-time from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Mon.-Fri.); a friendly and cohesive team of employees who constantly need to be consulted on personnel issues); a cozy office near the Dorogozhichi/Lukyanivka metro station ; stable and timely salary. Responsibilities: a full cycle of personnel administration (admission, dismissal, transfer, granting of vacations, sick leave, decrees); formation and management of personal files; registration of sick leaves, preparation of protocols; formation and closing of time sheets.
