Inspector of personnel department in KAPS FUD SISTEMS, TOV

We are the first company in Ukraine specializing in the production of encapsulated caviar and products using proprietary technologies. In connection with the growth and expansion of our activities, we invite to our team a Human Resources Inspector who is ready to develop with us.

Goal: Ensuring the effective operation of the personnel management system in a food production company, complete and timely management of personnel records in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, including the organization and control of military records of employees, with the aim of supporting stable operational activities and the development of the company.

Main duties:

• Organization and full management of personnel records in accordance with the requirements of the current of the legislation of Ukraine
• Formation and implementation of the company's personnel policy
• Support of processes of hiring, transfer, dismissal of employees
• Control of compliance with labor legislation, management of personal files
• Preparation of orders, regulations, job instructions
• Interaction with state bodies (DPS, PFU, State Labor, etc.)
• Organization and maintenance of military records in accordance with current legislation. Preparation and submission of reports on military records, interaction with the TCC and SP. Monitoring of the relevance of military records of employees. Counseling of management and employees on personnel issues style="font-weight: 700">Requirements for the candidate:
  • Higher education (personnel management, law, economics or related fields)
  • 1 year of work experience (experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage)
  • Practical management experience of military accounting
  • Deep knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine
  • Confident command of 1C / BAS, MS Office
  • High level of responsibility, systematicity, attention to details, meticulousness
