Inspector of personnel department in Alliance Novobud

We are currently looking for a HR inspector/HRperson who loves order in documents, respect in communication and systematicity in processes.

KEY DUTIES:

• Full personnel support of employees companies
• Registration of admissions, transfers, dismissals, vacations
• Maintenance of personnel files, staff list, report cards
• Control of compliance with labor legislation
• Preparation of certificates, orders, personnel reports
• Interaction with accounting and department heads

We are looking for a person, who:

• Has experience working as a personnel officer / HR administrator
• Well versed in HR management and personnel administration
• Attentive to details, responsible and systematic
• Able to work with confidential information
• Appreciates a culture of communication and teamwork
