We are looking for a Human Resources Inspector who will be responsible for the organization and control of personnel work in our company.

What will be included in your duties:

• Keeping personnel documentation in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
• Registering employees for work and dismissal.
• Control of compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations.
• Preparation and management of personal files of employees.
• Maintaining order in the personnel system, making changes to the employee database.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation for the internal needs of the company.

Daily tasks you will perform:

• Formation and maintaining personnel documents.
• Tabling.
• Cooperation with other departments on personnel matters.
• Support of corporate culture through quality personnel work.

You are suitable for us if:

• You have a higher education.
• You know the 1C (8) program.
• You have experience in a similar position from 2 years.
• You are well versed in the labor legislation of Ukraine.
• You have organizational skills, attention to detail, responsible.
• You know how to work with documentation and databases.
• Communicative, ready to work in a team.
• You value discipline and honesty in work.
