DL SOLUTION is a national FMCG distributor.  The distribution portfolio consists of tobacco products, tobacco-containing products for electronic heating, IQOS and Glo tobacco heating systems, electronic cigarettes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic products, lighters, matches and other touch-zone products.

What you will have to do:

• organization and management of personnel document flow
• registration of admission, transfer, dismissal of personnel
• registration of vacations, sick leaves
• interaction with state bodies (forming and submitting reports)
• preparation of internal personnel reports
• work in the personnel department (not the only inspector)

Knowledge, skills and experience we would like to see in the candidate:

• higher education
• 2 years of work experience as an HR department inspector and with a staff of 300 or more
• work experience in the field of military accounting
• knowledge of KZpP and personneloffice administration
• confident user of MS Office
• work experience in 1C (knowledge of ZUP 8.3)
