We are looking for a Human Resources Inspector who will be responsible for the organization and control of personnel work in our company.

What will be included in your duties:

• Maintenance of personnel documentation in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
• Registration of employees for employment and dismissal.
• Control over compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations.
• Preparation and management of personal files of employees.
• Maintaining order in the HR system, making changes to the employee database.
• Help in the preparation of reports and documentation for the company's internal needs.

Daily tasks you will perform:

• Issue and management of personnel documents.
• Tabling.
• Cooperation with other departments on personnel issues.
• Support of corporate culture through high-quality personnel work.

You suit us if:

• You have a higher education.
• You know the 1C program (8).
• You have 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• You are well versed in the labor legislation of Ukraine.
• You have organizational skills, attentive to details, responsible.
• Able to work with documentation and databases.
• Communicative, ready to work in a team.
• You value discipline and honesty in work.
