Main duties:

• Managing personnel records for 350-400 people, full cycle: admission (term and permanent employment contracts), transfers, vacations, dismissal, bonuses, demotions, leaves of incapacity for work, certificates from the place of work etc.
• Formation and management of employees’ personal files.
• Filling, maintenance and accounting of work books.
• Checking of time sheets (in particular, summary accounting of working hours).
• Preparation of projects of regulatory documents: job instructions, Regulations, Instructions, etc.
• Consulting employees on personnel issues in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts.
