We are currently looking for a responsible < /font>INSPECTOR OF THE PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT!

Functional duties :

• < font style="vertical-align: inherit">Recruitment and dismissal of employees, in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine and company rules;
• Formation of personal files in electronic and paper form;
• Collection of information regarding personal accounts of personnel and peediting it for accounting;
• Preparation of transfer documents, mobilization/demobilization, data change employee;
• Formation, control of vacation schedules and all types of vacations documented and in programs (1C and Excel);
• Control and conduct of hospital, maternity leave;
• Preparation, translrecording and entering data (salary amounts, rates, sick leave) for payroll calculation;< /span>
• Keeping military records, creating files, entering data into 1C and lists of employees;< /font>
• Check report card;< /font>
• Consulting and informing employees about personnel legislation.
  
  

What he is, our ideal candidate:

• Knowledge of current legislation in the field of personnel and military accounting on matters included in the duties;
• Ability to work in the Google cloud environment (Sheets, Docs...);
• Skills for working in electronic systems, knowledge of 1C, Excel.
• Experience working with large volumes of data;
< li style="font-weight: 400">Attention to details, responsibility, high level of time management and ability to prioritize.
