Invites a responsible and experienced specialist for the position of Inspectorafrom personnel to one of our factories.

Your field of responsibility:

• Management of the full cycle of personnel administration in accordance with labor legislation in full (admission, transfer, transfer, leave, dismissal, leaves of incapacity for work, certificates from the place of work, MED.ok, etc.);
• Formation and management of personal files of employees
• Compilation of work schedules, shift schedules, vacation schedules, work with summary accounting;
• Composition of orders, development and implementation of regulatory documents (regulations, procedures and job instructions, etc.);
• Maintenance of military records, booking of employees;
• Search and recruitment of personnel (posting vacancies, conducting initial interviews with potential candidates, analyzing their resumes and selecting the best candidates according to their profile);
• Interaction with controlling/inspecting bodies, reporting;
• Organization of document preparation and archiving;
• Consulting company employees;
• Preparation of management reports and analytics.

Expectations from candidates:

• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years (experience in the production field will be an advantage);
• Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology or related specialties;
• Deep knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and experience in its application;
• High sociability, ability to work in a team and resolve conflict situations;
• Attention to details, systematicity and systematicity
• It is good to orient yourself in modern trends in personnel management and personnel development;
• A confident user of MS Office Office (especially Excel, Word, Visio), 1C 8.3
