Main responsibilities:

• Managing personnel records in full (staff 100 employees)
• Formation personal affairs and keeping work books, working with staff rosters; >Preparation of personnel orders;
• Maintenance of the vacation schedule;
• Participation in the development of internal regulations;
• Work schedules;
• Maintenance of military accounting.

Basic requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education;
• Work experience in the relevant field from 2 years;
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine, the rules of personnel management;
• Knowledge and experience of working in 1C;
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
• Communication, attention to details, analytical abilities, responsibility, ability to work in a team.
