Inspector of personnel department in Ajax Systems

We are currently looking for a HR inspector.

Responsibilities:< /p>

• Personnel administration according to the Labor Code of Ukraine (procedure of admission, transfer, dismissal of employees);
• Documentation of employee absences (orders for all types of vacations, acts of absence from work place, etc.);
• Participation in military accounting;
• Preparation of travel orders;
• Documentation of bonuses and other payments to employees;

• Conducting all personnel documentation;
• Management of the staff list;
• Control over the implementation of the quota for employment of persons with disabilities;
• Development of regulatory documents: official instructions, regulations, etc.;
• Consulting employees on personnel issues.

What we expect from you:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• High level of self-organization and responsibility.
