In connection with the expansion of the staff, we are looking for an inspector of the personnel department who will be responsible for the control and support of the personnel activities of the company. p>

Responsibilities:

• Conducting an audit of personnel documentation
• Control of compliance with legislation in the field of labor
• Keeping personnel records and reporting
• Resolving conflict situations at the workplace

 Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of personnel management,
• Experience in a similar position from 2 years
• Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel accounting
• High responsibility and organization
< li>Ability to work in a team and complete assigned tasks on time
• Perfect knowledge of the regulatory framework (KzpP, Law on vacations, etc.);
• Work experience in 1C (Knowledge of ZUP 8.3);
