Responsibilities:

• monitoring changes in labor legislation, providing advice to employees, regarding the application of current labor legislation;
• conducting personnel records;
• accounting of conscripts and conscripts;
• interaction with controlling bodies on personnel matters;
• compliance with quotas, norms and standards of personnel work;
• development, implementation and updating of local documents regarding work with personnel, etc.
