DUTIES: registration of acceptance, transfer, dismissal of employees; formation and management of personal files of employees and personal cards of form P-2; registration and maintenance of labor books, incl. electronic; accounting and tabulation of employees' working hours, drawing up work schedules; issuing sick leaves, providing certificates of labor activity to workers; keeping records of vacations, drawing up a vacation schedule; development of staff list; development of job instructions, regulations; drafting of letters, protocols, orders for the enterprise; management of personnel reporting; work with EDP.
