Requirements:
- Experience of keeping military records of conscripts and conscripts;
- Experience of working with conscripts (reconciliation of the VOD, conducting explanatory work, etc.);
- Knowledge of current legislation regarding military registration of conscripts and conscripts;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages at the level of a confident user, preferably the ability to work with 1C;
- Experience in negotiations and cooperation/work with government bodies;
- Ability to work with regulatory and legal acts;
- Planning skills and time management;
- Experience in booking procedures and interacting with TCCs and SPs will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of military records of conscripts and conscripts in full;
- Control changes for employees who are reserved (dismissal, mobilization, etc.);
- Consultation/interaction with employees of the enterprise on issues related to military accounting;
- Supporting the stages of booking employees for critical positions;
- Interaction with the TCC and SP, other state bodies regarding military accounting issues;
- Participation (if necessary) in other processes of the HR department.
