Inspector of military accounting in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

The leading energy company of Ukraine is looking for a military accounting inspector!

• Maintenance of military records at the enterprise
• Provide the rules of military records to conscripts, conscripts and reservists under personal signature
• Notify on demand TCC and joint ventures of the SBU, SSR: conscripts, conscripts and reservists about their call, ensure their timely arrival
• Submit information on conscripts, conscripts and reservists at the request of the TCC and SP, SBU, SSR bodies< /li>
• Conduct explanatory work among conscripts, conscripts and reservists regarding their compliance with the rules of military accounting
• Keep lists of personal military accounting, ensure completeness and reliability of data
• Every year, check the lists with entries in the military registration documents of conscripts, conscripts and reservists
• Form the necessary documents to book conscripts
• Keeping records of mobilized employees

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations governing military accounting
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, including including employees of TCC and JV.
• Ability to work with computer programs (Excel, MS Office, 1C)
