Key tasks:

< ul style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">
  • Maintenance of military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists at the enterprise;
  • Demonstrate the rules of military registration to conscripts, conscripts and reservists under a personal signature;
  • Notify at the request of the TCC and the Joint Committee of the SBU, SZR: conscripts, conscripts and reservists about their call, ensure their timely arrival;
  • Submit at the request of the TCC and SP, bodies of the SBU, SZR information about conscripts, conscripts and reservists;
  • Conduct explanatory work among conscripts, conscripts and reservists regarding their compliance with the rules of military accounting;
  • Maintain lists of personal military records and notice of operational records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists, ensure completeness and reliability of data; /li>
  • Form the necessary documents to book conscripts for the period of mobilization and for wartime.

    • Requirements:

    • 2+ years of work as a personnel department specialist with military accounting.
    • Knowledge of labor legislation and legal acts regulating military accounting.
      • < li>Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, including TCC and JV employees.
