Inspector from the personnel department in TA-DA!

We are a supermarket chain"TA-DA!", we believe that our greatest treasure is people. That is why we are looking for a person in the team who will help us take care of our team, a talented Inspector from the personnel department.

What will need to be done?

Skillfully manage personnel records in accordance with the Labor Code, namely:

• Keep records of personnel, its units and established personnel documentation; dismissal;
• Compile personal files, make changes to them related to work activities, maintain an archive of personal files;
• Control time sheets;
• Fill in work books;
• Formulate and ensure internal document flow;
• Help with military record keeping and employee bookings;
• Monitor compliance with the schedule vacations in units, accounting for vacations and sick days.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• 1C, BAS, Excel and Word are not just words for you, but everyday tools;
• You can analyze information and are not afraid of large amounts of data;
• Multitasking is your second name;
• You are attentive to details, responsible and like to work in a team;
• Experience in military accounting is your superpower!
