- Information of business about the state of the market through monthly reports (Nielsen & Global Data) with in-depth and actionable recommendations.< /li>
- Situational assessments of categories to identify new opportunities for segment and brand development.
- Continuous (analytical) support of snack and dairy marketing teams.
- Support of the annual planning process< /li>
- Pricing/promotional insights
- Competitive intelligence
- NPD performance analysis to develop effective innovation plans.
- Consumer analytics:
- taking into account the opinion of consumers in the decision-making process.
- Search for consumer-oriented opportunities (portfolio/brand architecture; strategy and brand health; brand communication).
- Development of research programs to meet business needs.
- Management of external agencies for execution of research projects.
- Support of continuous monitoring of brand health< /li>
- Shopper Insights:
- Research on purchasing trends and shopper behavior to strengthen relationships with key customers and gain deep insights for effective cooperation.
- Customer analytics
- Implementation of special customer research
- Development of "category vision" for category development and growth thanks to deep understanding of segment perspectives.
