Joint is an international Jewish charitable organization that has been helping people in more than 70 countries for over 100 years.

We support the Jewish population, we help people who are in danger or in difficult life circumstances, we provide humanitarian aid to victims of natural disasters and catastrophes, and we also support a number of various social projects aimed at the comprehensive development of members of the Jewish community of various age categories.

  General responsibilities:

General coordination of innovative social and community projects in all regions of Ukraine

• planning, professional support and control of program activities for the implementation of innovative projects;
• planning of budgets intended for the implementation of innovative projects;
• support for the implementation of innovative projects in charitable organizations financed by the "Joint": definition of tasks, conducting presentations of projects, preparation and conducting of surveys, analysis of needs and results;
• participation in the planning and training process of employees of organizations in which projects are implemented;
• analysis of the effectiveness of project implementation and assessment of risks and development prospects ;
• monitoring of new approaches in the field of social innovations, initiation and development of new projects
• preparation of analytical and financial reports in the process of project implementation (including in English);
• assistance in the preparation of PR reports and materials for the promotion of projects (including in English);

Desired profile and skills< /strong>:

• higher education;
• work experience (at least 2 years) in the field of project management (preferably in the social sphere/ non-profit organizations);
• the level of English is not lower than Upper Intermediate
• knowledge of Jewish culture and traditions will be an advantage;
• knowledge in the field of innovation and social work ( optional, but desirable);
• readiness for business trips;
• personal qualities: team management and motivation skills, management of organizational processes (including remote management), multitasking skills, developed communication skills, the ability to quickly learn new things;
