We are growing at a crazy pace, so we are currently looking for an Innovation Specialist (industry: technology/engineering/robotics). We offer: Office work (possible business trips). Working hours: Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break). Meals at the expense of the company (lunch), coffee/tea. ZP: the rate with the possibility of increase. Expectations from the candidate: Vocational and technical education in the field of engineering/technology/robotics or confirmation of knowledge in successful industries. High level of creativity and initiative, ability to generate and implement innovative ideas. Experience in the field of innovation management or research and intelligence activities will be an advantage. Excellent analytical and creative skills, the ability to find everyone and everything. Skills in working with Microsoft Office, Google Documents, Google Sheets, CRM. Knowledge of the English language on an equal basis allows you to conduct professional negotiations and communicate with international partners. Availability of a driver's license. What to do: Conduct research and analyze potentially useful technologies and innovations that can improve the company's products. Develop and implement innovation development strategies for the company, contributing to its competitiveness to maintain leadership in the industry. Cooperate with different departments, set technical standards for teams to create and implement new ideas. Establish and maintain partnerships with foreign companies, startups, universities and research institutions to share innovative ideas and resources.
