NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Understanding the main business processes of modern companies (finance, accounting, document management, HR)
• Practical experience of working with 1C, Bitrix24, electronic document management systems (in particular "Vchasno") - will be an advantage
• Knowledge of regulated accounting in all main areas, as well as personnel accounting and documentation
• Proficiency in modern AI tools (for example, ChatGPT, Copilot, analytical dashboards)
• User and technical knowledge of AI toolsBAS normal; font-weight: 400">at the analyst level

KEY FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

• Identifying inefficiencies, duse tools that are more cost-effective
• Identify the needs for the application of standard IT tools (MS Office, BAF, 1C)">Formation of proposals for wholesalemization, automation and robotization of processes
• Interaction with contractors: search for opportunities to implement IT solutions, support of automation stages
• Identify needs for the use of standard artificial intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Copilot)
• Identify needs for the development of specific additional tools using AI (bots, assistants, parsers, OCR)
• Development of internal procedures, work instructions for the team, user training
• Conducting audits of existing processes with further recommendations
• Execution other tasks of the manager within the scope of professional competence salaries
