Infrastructure engineer, system administrator in GRAVE UKRAYiNA, Strahova kompaniya

GRAWE Ukraine is part of the international financial group GRAWE, which has been operating in Ukraine since 1998. We work according to corporate international policies and standards.

We are looking for a specialist in the IT infrastructure team who will help ensure the stable operation of critical IT systems, maintain corporate standards and participate in the development of the company's infrastructure.

We are ready to consider both experienced Middle and Senior specialist - depending on your experience and level of independence.

What will be in your area of responsibility

Server infrastructure

• Support and administration of server infrastructure (Microsoft Windows Server and Linux)
• Support of virtual VMware vSphere infrastructure (vCenter / ESXi): basic configuration, resource monitoring, incident resolution
• Participation in work to ensure the stability and availability of key services

Network and information security

• Support and basic/medium administration of Cisco network equipment
• Network diagnostics incidents and interaction with colleagues/contractors in more complex cases
• Working with information security tools (Checkpoint, CrowdStrike)
• Adherence to corporate security policies at the infrastructure level

Key IT services

• Administration of Active Directory (user accounts, groups)
• Working with DNS / DHCP
• Backup control and participation in data recovery testing
• System health monitoring and prompt response to incidents

Workplace support

• Installation, configuration and support of workstations (Windows 11)
• Assisting users in solving technical issues (including more complex cases)
• Participating in standardization and updating the workplace park

What is important to us (required)

• Experience as a system administrator / infrastructure engineer from2 years
• Practical experience with:
• Windows Server
• Active Directory (users, groups)
• VMware vSphere (vCenter / ESXi)
• networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic diagnostics
• Experience in user support and incident resolution
• Responsibility, systematicity, willingness to work according to internal procedures and regulations
• English - at a level sufficient to read technical documentation and work communication

Would be an advantage

• Experience with network equipment Cisco
• Experience with Checkpoint / CrowdStrike or other security solutions
• Experience in an international computernia or in a company from a regulated environment (finance, insurance, banking, etc.)
• Experience with backup, monitoring, disaster recovery
• Linux experience at the administration/support level
