Responsibilities:

• Maintain equipment and software:
• Ensure the functioning of all equipment (laptops, servers, desktop computers) according to Welthungerhilfe (WHH) standards.
• Maintain printers, digital cameras, scanners, access control systems and other equipment components.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all software packages used in the WHH office.
• Continuously update all software to the latest versions.
• Test new or updated software systems.
• Keep a record of hardware and software updates (inventory).
• In collaboration with the Regional Manager of the IT department to solve problems related to hardware and software.
• Ensure the work of the deputy in case of absence.
• In cooperation with the logistics department and the regional head of the IT department, organize and monitor external services with
• Provide advice and train WHH staff on information technology issues, including user setup, familiarization with tools, rules and electronic data processing.
• Manage the process of installation and security of information technology components and systems:
• Manage the overall process of IT system administration.
• Install and maintain the local network (LAN) normal; font-weight: 400">
• Work experience from 2 years in IT
• Level of English language proficiency in oral and written form - from intermediate to fluent
