Responsibilities:

• Maintain hardware and software:
• Ensure the functioning of all equipment (laptops, servers, desktop computers) in accordance with Welthungerhilfe (WHH) standards.
• Maintain printers, digital cameras, scanners, access control systems and other equipment components.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all software packages used in the WHH office.
• Continuously update all software to the latest versions.
• Test new or updated software systems.
• Keep a record of hardware and software updates (inventory). and software.
• Provide the work of a deputy in case of absence.
• In cooperation with the logistics department and the regional head of the IT department, organize and monitor external maintenance services.
• Provide advice and training to WHH staff on information technology issues, including user setup, familiarization with tools, policies and electronic data processing.
• Manage the installation process and security of information technology components and systems:
• Manage the overall IT system administration process.
• Install and maintain the local area network (LAN).
• Document the installation and configuration on the server and on each computercomputers.
• Create proper backup systems and ensure system security.
• Periodically update anti-virus software.

Requirements:

• 2 years of IT experience
• The level of spoken and written English is from intermediate to of free
•
