QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Required: Bachelor's degree in IT or information security. Understanding of multiple technology areas including software development, Windows, database management, computer networking. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the administration of productive banking systems, understanding their relationship. Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than Intermediate. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, to present the results of work in written form. Desired: Progressive achievements in one or more traditional IT disciplines (applications, operations, infrastructure and management). Understanding of information security standards, best practices for protecting computer systems , as well as the relevant laws of Ukraine and regulatory acts. The ability to combine exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain a strategic direction. and internal control systems in terms of individual processes / services / applied applications for which audits are assigned. To participate in audits carried out by other departments of the Department (in accordance with the assignments/tasks determined by the Director of the Department), audits of companies that are participants of the Bankivska groups and in audits with the involvement of external experts on the terms of outsourcing or co-sourcing, including performing the functions of a coordinator in the interaction of external experts with the Bank's employees. Monitor the implementation of the recommendations in the field of information technology risks and information security addressed to the Bank's divisions, as well as analysis of assessments made by other departments regarding the effectiveness of management actions to eliminate deficiencies in the field of information technology risks and information security; prepare periodic reports on these issues for the management of the Department, the Board and the Supervisory Board.
