Intern in support of information systems in the sector of user support in INTERTOP/INTERTOP

We are INTERTOP Ukraine. In the conditions of war, we continue to work and pay taxes to support the economy of Ukraine and help those in need. 

On the fashion platform intertop.ua   there are already 140,000 products in the categories of clothing, shoes, accessories and cosmetics. We have been the leaders of Ukrainian fashion retail for 29 years and have more than 150 stores across the country. It is INTERTOP Ukraine that represents the most famous retail chains: INTERTOP, Ecco, Geox, Timberland, Skechers, Napapijri, Marc O'Polo, Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, Emporio Armani7, The North Face, Vans and Kiko Milano. 

The main driver of INTERTOP Ukraine development is our people, our fantastic personalities, so today we are looking for cinformation systems support worker span>on 3 months, with the possibility of transfer to the position of a specialist upon successful completion of the probationary period.

What are you like, our new colleague?

• Higher education (technical, information technology );
• Understanding the principles of the Service Desk, experience working with requests in the ticket system;
• Experience working with contractors;
• Excellent PC knowledge, understanding the principles operation and configuration of standard software and equipment;
• Good learning ability, willingness to learn, attention to detail, ability to work in a team;
• Experience with systems will be a plus: Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Jira, Postman, any cash register software;
• English - at the level of reading technical documentation.

What will you work on?

• Remote user support (1st line of support);
• Routing applications between different work groups;
• Interaction with 2nd and 3rd support lines (internal divisions and contractors);
• Control of SLA compliance by IT contractors, preparation of reports;
• Coordination of interaction between contractors and internal divisions;
• Management knowledge bases;
• The work schedule is variable.
