Future tasks:

• set up and support monitoring systems of information services
• register incidents related to the work of information services
• Participates in eliminating incidents, within its limits powers (first line and tracking of the life cycle of the incident
• to inform the persons responsible for the support of information services, in the event of incidents
• to provide statistical information on the results of monitoring
• to provide advice to the staff of other structural divisions of the Bank within the framework of the functional group

We will have an ideal match if you have:

• higher technical education
• skills for working and supporting WEB applications
• skills for working with DBMS, knowledge of SQL
• skills for working with Linux OS
• experience writing BASH scripts
• experience creating Windows batch files

Will be a plus:

• experience working with IT infrastructure monitoring tools — Zabbix, ARM — Dynatrace or others Grafana monitoring software, prometheus
