Requirements for our candidate: 

• Experience in the field of information technology will be an advantage;
• an advantage.
• Experience in collecting, analyzing and formalizing the requirements of end users (or medical software specialists);
• Experience in the medical field will be an advantage
• Experience in technical support will be an advantage;
• Skills in working with MS Excel and the Power Query Excel add-in will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of business Ukrainian and technical English (written, reading documentation);
• Skills in documenting technical processes and creating user instructions;
• Readiness for training and advanced training in the field of information technology and user support.

Responsibilities of our candidate:

• Support of users and regional coordinators when working with the information and analytical system "Management of services in the field of combating socially dangerous diseases" (hereinafter - IAS "MPSPSNZ").
• Providing advisory assistance to users on the construction of reporting forms and their validation.
• Conducting training on the updated functionality of IAS "MPSPSNZ".
• Creating new and existing users and editing institutions in the IAS "MPSPSNZ".
• Conducting an audit of the work of users in the IAS "MPSPSNZ".
• Providing advice on the modernization and creation of new guides of the IAS "MPSPSNZ".
