Providing consultations to medical personnel on functional issues that arise in the course of work. Providing technical support to users (medical personnel): responding to requests and problems of users in the MIS, providing answers to questions, solving technical problems. Conducting training, preparing step-by-step instructions (other documents) for users in the MIS system of the hospital. Consulting employees on the functionality of the system by phone. identification/gathering of user needsConduct analysis of NSZU reports and identified errors, analyze them and formalize applications for revisions to users.Preparation of periodic reporting.Provide information about technical problems in the work of MIS to the management of the institution.
