The Information Security Team is responsible for ensuring the security of the organization’s information systems and protection against cyber threats. This team collaborates to develop and implement security measures, monitor security systems, respond to incidents, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. The team cooperates with all departments in the company, but most intersections are with the IT team.

As an Information Security Team Leader, you must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security or related field
• Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of information security management frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST)
• Certificates confirming the skills, i.e. ISO/IEC 27001 Auditor
• Experience as an internal or external auditor of ISO standards
• Knowledge of good practices in IT security and risk management

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Communicative level of English (B2+ level)
