Department of Information Security Administrators

Main Responsibilities :

• collects and analyzes information from information system administrators to conduct a monthly check of the Company's anti-virus protection (control 1420);
• prepares proposals for meeting the requirements of internal regulatory documents , which regulate the implementation of the provision of information security;
• collects and analyzes information from the administrators of information systems for the quarterly inspection of the Company's network screens (control 18449);
• prepares proposals during the preparation of information materials about the effectiveness of the system for ensuring the security of the Company's information systems and networks;
• approving and organizing the accounting and preservation of agreements on non-disclosure of commercial secrets - NDA, entering information into OIM cards;
• preparing proposals during development normative documents regulating the organization of the department's activities, as well as normative and other documents of the Company with the aim of establishing information security requirements in them;
• interacts with the ACSC on issues of obtaining KEP services. Delivery of formed archival files of end users (applications and duly certified copies of documents confirming the identification of such users).
• generates, revokes or blocks KEP certificates if necessary;
• provides methodical assistance to the Company's staff on compliance with the established requirements of information security policies;
• checks the execution of controls of other employees if necessary (MSA).

Requirements for candidates :

• higher technical education;
• work experience in the field of information security;
• understanding of information security problems;
• knowledge of: network protocols, principles of antivirus protection, access control issues;
• confident command of office programs, ability to process large amounts of information.
• possibility of moving around the city to perform official duties
• possession of the legislative and regulatory framework in the field of ensuring information security, including knowledge of international standards (ISO 27001)
