What you will do as a Project Manager:

• Business analysis
• Determination of project risks and dependencies, as well as possible ways to eliminate them

• Determination of project resources and team
• Acceptance of participation in the approved project
• Acceptance of participation in the development, construction, implementation of the project
• Preparation of a package of documents for the Investment and other committees for each phase of the project
• Analysis of existing processes in the Bank, development of proposals for their optimization
• Formation and provision of reports in the established order
• Training and provision of personnel consultations other structural divisions of the Bank within the framework of the functional division

• Formalization and visualization of the project

We are looking for a specialist, who has:

• Complete higher education in the field (master, specialist)
• Work experience: at least 1 year in project management
• Business processes: understanding, research, model and notation.
• Scope definition and formation.
• Management of relations with project stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the basics of business analysis and software development process (methodology, SDLC, etc.).
• Work with documents and large volumes of data.
• Basic English skills
