What are you you will do as a Project Manager (decretive position):

• Business analysis
• Determination of project risks and dependencies, as well as possible ways to eliminate them
• Determination of project resources and team
• Participation in approved projects
• Participation in development, construction, implementation project
• Preparation of a package of documents for the Investment and other committees for each phase of the project
• Analysis of existing processes in the Bank, development of a proposal for their optimization
• Formation and provision of reporting in according to the established procedure
• Training and providing advice to the staff of other structural units of the Bank within the functional framework of the unit

• Formalization and visualization of the project

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• Full higher education by field (master, specialist)
• Experience: at least 1 year in project management
• Business processes: understanding, research, model and notation.
• Definition and formation of scope.
• Management of relations with interested parties of the project.
• Deep understanding of the basics of business analysis and software development process (methodology, SDLC, etc.).
• Working with documents and large volumes of data .
• Proficiency in English at the basic level
