What to do: Monitoring and journaling of control of vulnerabilities, potential risks. Monitoring of events. Building reports on the operation of IS systems. Collecting and monitoring events from endpoints. Conducting analysis of IS incidents and making decisions on their leveling and prevention. Implement and administer protection tools and systems. Automate security alerts and program vulnerabilities. Check and analyze current processes on compliance with secure development practices. Building threat models and forming security requirements. What is needed for this: Know the principles of building and functioning of networks and TCP/IP stack protocols. Have experience in administering modern means and protection systems. Understand the basics of cryptography and have experience working with cryptographic security tools. Have experience with network scanners and host security scanners. Be able to configure monitoring tools Wazuh, Next-Generation Firewall (Palo Alto), ELK stack, Suricata, Netwrix.
